Can Grood send my emails to a chat app?
That’s the plan. We’re working towards optional bot forwarding to Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord, so you can choose which emails arrive in your chat. These integrations are still in development.
What is Groodmail?
Groodmail is an upcoming email service for managing multiple real mailboxes in one place. Choose your addresses, organise your mail and keep up with everything from a single inbox.
Can I use an address for work and social accounts?
That’s what we’re building for: keeping different parts of your online life organised. Whether another platform accepts an email address is always up to that platform.
Will I be able to choose my domain?
Yes. The plan is to offer a collection of Groodmail-managed domains, so you can choose a domain and name for each mailbox. The launch selection is still being finalised.
Will I need a separate login for every mailbox?
The planned Groodmail app brings your mailboxes together under one account, with an all-mail view and filters for individual addresses.
When can I sign up, and what will it cost?
Registration isn’t open yet. Our planned Free plan includes up to 10 mailboxes. Monthly paid plans start at $33 for up to 100 mailboxes, with larger packages for 500 and 1,000. See the pricing section for the current preview; storage allowances and optional add-ons will be confirmed before launch.
